All our CLASSES TAKE PLACE ONLINE. Sign up for online classes through our timetable. Make sure to enter your email address to your account, when registering. You will receive a link, which enables you to join the class, 30 minutes prior to class.
How to sign up?
Simply create an account on Fitogram. It’s quick and hazzle free. Your data is dealt with confidentially and won’t be used for Newsletters etc. You can book your desired class up to 1 hour before a class starts, simply go to the desired date and click on the class you would like to attend. You can then choose between the different plans and your preferred paying option. You will receive a link to the ZOOM online class 30 minutes prior to start, or you can access the link in your Fitogram account.
What styles do we teach?
Our classes consist of different elements merged into a unique blend with elements of Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Forrest Yoga and functional movement. We put an emphasis on connecting the breath to the body’s movement and implement Pranayama (breath work) to stay grounded and have control over our breathing and thinking patterns. Through the use of creative sequences of asanas, we prepare you for more advanced postures (arm balances, hip openers, backbends,…). Develop flexibility wherever you might need it, gain strength and conquer your inner voice that tells you to quit in difficult situations. Even though it will come in handy if you have already got some experience, we will find a safe way to accommodate beginners as well as more advanced movers in each class. Our classes are mostly taught in English.
